At Oudera, we strive to deliver your favorite fragrances safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy below.

1. Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Destinations We currently deliver across Pakistan, including major cities such as Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Quetta, and more.

3. Delivery Timeframes

• Major Cities: 2–4 business days
• Other Areas: 4–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location. We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain amount — check our website for current promotions.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. COD orders may take slightly longer to process for verification purposes.

6. Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or email so you can monitor your delivery status.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with your order details and photos (if applicable).

8. Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. Oudera is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
